Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNMF marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what data this service processes, why it is processed, and what requests users may make. Third-party payment providers have their own privacy rules, which this policy does not replace.

Account and Order Data

No email address is needed to register; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNMF processes usernames, login credentials used to verify sign-ins, and subscription status to provide account access, deliver plans, and manage permissions. An email address is not required for registration. If users voluntarily provide an email address or other personal information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction reference, and refund processing records. They are used to verify payments, allocate data, and handle disputes. Support tickets help us identify issues and follow up. Do not include passwords, complete subscription links, or payment account credentials when submitting a request.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNMF follows an anonymous no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing content, destination addresses, or DNS query history. We do not create records that can trace an individual's browsing activity.

This service does not permanently retain connection-by-connection logs or create a history of connection times and destination addresses linked to an account. Temporary status information needed to operate a connection is used only during session processing and is not kept as browsing history after the session ends. Account-level data usage and plan status are used for billing and allowance management and do not include website visit details. Website analytics are handled separately from browsing activity on the service's routes.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

The website uses analytics to understand page visits, referral pages, and entry-point clicks, so we can improve information and workflows. Analytics are limited to website pages and interactions. They do not collect browsing content from subscription routes. Passwords, login credentials, and complete subscription addresses should not be included in analytics events.

Cookies, session storage, and local storage may be used to maintain sign-in sessions, remember language settings, and save interface preferences. Users can restrict cookies in their browser settings or clear site data. After clearing data, users may need to sign in again and reset their preferences. On shared devices, sign out of the account to prevent others from using a saved sign-in session.

Payments and Necessary Data Transfers

VPNMF supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment channel or transaction network. This service uses the order reference and payment result to complete delivery and does not require users to provide their payment account password to VPNMF.

Payment channels process transaction information under their own rules. When using USDT, related transactions may be visible on a public network. This service transfers only the order information necessary to verify payments, process refunds, or handle disputes. Payment records should not be confused with browsing activity within the service.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are kept as needed for service delivery, reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only for as long as needed for their purposes. Retention requirements vary by data type; this policy does not set one retention period for all data.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. VPNMF will verify account ownership before handling the request and explain any records that cannot be deleted and why they must be retained. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and future support verification. Transaction records that must be retained by law are not removed immediately when an account is deleted.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When data processing or service workflows change, VPNMF will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as applicable.

For questions about this policy or data processing, submit a support ticket through the user panel and describe the relevant page, issue, and requested outcome. Account use and refund terms are covered separately in the Terms of Service; this policy does not replace those terms.
