Routes / locations and use cases

Worldwide routes, choose by location

View all routes →

VPNMF covers 90+ countries with 210+ routes. Before choosing a route, check whether the target service supports that location, then see how well the connection works on your network. A nearby location can be a useful starting point, but it won't make every app perform better. A website loading successfully also doesn't guarantee the same experience for video playback, file uploads, or long-running tasks.

Check the location, then test your use case

For everyday browsing, start with a location you use often. For work accounts, first check which regions the service supports. Once connected, test the tasks you actually need to do: open a familiar website, send a message, upload a file, or play the content you want to watch. Route names alone can't replace these checks.

Compare routes on the same network

Your home, office, and mobile networks may take different paths. When comparing routes, keep the device, network, and target app consistent where possible. If something goes wrong, note the location, route name, and what failed before switching routes. Changing several settings at once makes it harder to identify the cause.

Faster routes and access scenarios

Assess the connection path and the task separately.

Speed and peak-hour connections

Cross-border access depends on the local connection, transport path, and exit location; the entire route shapes the experience. IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes, and direct routes use different network paths, so the name alone doesn't tell you which is faster. Peak hours are a good time to check whether pages keep reloading, uploads get interrupted, or long sessions require reconnecting. Learn about VPNMF routes on the nodes page; check the account panel for the specific route types available. Test on your usual network and at your usual time, then keep the locations that work best for you.

Accessing AI tools and maintaining a session

AI tools need more than a working homepage: you may also need to sign in, keep a session active, and receive a continuous response. Services such as ChatGPT and Claude may evaluate your location, account, and exit environment, so switching routes won't fix every error. Before connecting, check which locations the tool supports; after signing in, keep your network environment consistent where possible. VPNMF provides international routes. See the topic guide for differences between browser access, APIs, and developer tools. Accounts, usage limits, and paid features are managed by the respective platforms.

Streaming regions and playback checks

Streaming access depends on the exit location, account benefits, and the specific catalog. Reaching a platform doesn't mean every title will play, and seeing a resolution option doesn't guarantee your current network can sustain it. After choosing a location, play the content you actually want to watch and check loading, seeking, and continuous playback. VPNMF provides cross-border connections, but doesn't replace a video platform subscription or guarantee that a catalog will remain available. If you see a region warning, first check whether your app and browser use the same exit location, then see the topic guide for troubleshooting.

Service details / usage terms

Every door is locked

There’s more to consider than the connection: account requirements, device rules, and refund terms matter too. VPNMF lists these alongside prices so you can check the details before getting started, rather than hunting for them after installation.

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Keep your login details safe, and protect your subscription link like a password. If you need help troubleshooting a connection, don't post the full link in a public discussion.

Anonymous, no logs

Anonymous, no-logs service is a VPNMF commitment; see the privacy policy for the specific rules. A network service's privacy boundaries are separate from the account policies of the websites you visit. Once you sign in, a website may still make decisions based on account activity, browser state, and device environment. Protect both your subscription credentials and website accounts, and don't treat the network connection as a substitute for managing risks in every app. When asking for help publicly, describe the issue without sharing passwords, full subscription links, or screenshots containing credentials.

Unlimited devices

VPNMF allows unlimited simultaneous connections on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux with the same subscription. Device count and data allowance are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so keep your plan's data allowance in mind across all devices. Import your subscription and check the connection on your usual device first, then set up other devices. This makes it easier to tell whether an issue is specific to one device or the network route. After replacing a computer or changing clients, check subscription updates and routing settings again.

14-day no-questions-asked refunds

VPNMF offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. To decide whether the service suits you, consider your actual use cases rather than judging by how quickly a single webpage loads. Check the platforms you use most, your usual locations, work networks, and apps that need a stable connection, and read the refund terms in the Terms of Service. For order help or a refund request, open a ticket from the account panel and include the relevant order and request. Handling account, order, and service issues through the same channel also keeps the conversation in one place.

Plans and pricing / monthly data

Monthly plans and data packs

View all plans →

Monthly plans include a monthly data allowance; data packs are consumed as you use them and never expire. Before choosing, consider whether you use the service regularly and how much data you need for browsing, files, and video. Unlimited simultaneous devices means there's no need to choose a larger plan just because you use more devices. Compare plans mainly by data allowance and price.

How resets and upgrades work

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not automatically at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before making changes, check the plan and order details in your account panel; an upgrade doesn't simply add another full billing period. Check your subscription status, remaining data, and related orders in the account panel.

If your data use differs significantly from what you expected, first check for autoplaying video, file syncing, or ongoing transfers on other devices before changing plans. This helps match your budget to the data you actually need.

Payment and service details

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the account panel, follow the order page instructions, and confirm the order status before getting your subscription from the client page. VPNMF connectivity and third-party app memberships are separate: a VPNMF plan does not include a paid account for AI tools or streaming platforms.

When comparing subscription services, consider price, data reset rules, device policies, target locations, and refund terms together. VPNMF lists the relevant details on this page so you can make an informed decision before getting started.

Before you start / FAQ

Account, connection, and billing FAQs

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and manage your subscription on your own devices. After creating an account, manage plans, orders, app downloads, and support tickets in the account panel. When asking for help publicly, don't share your password or full subscription link; describe the platform, route location, and error instead.

Can I use the same subscription on multiple devices at once?

Yes. Simultaneous connections are unlimited, and Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Configure the appropriate client on each device; a successful connection on one device doesn't mean the others are set up. Device limits and plan data are separate: when multiple devices share a plan, keep an eye on its remaining data and reset schedule.

Does route coverage guarantee access to AI and video services in that location?

Route coverage doesn't guarantee access to third-party platforms. AI tools and video services may also check account region, membership benefits, exit environment, and app settings. Check which locations the target service supports, then test with your own account and actual use case. If you see an error, note the message and determine whether it's a connection issue, a regional restriction, or an account requirement set by the platform. Repeatedly switching routes won't help if the underlying cause is something else.

What's the difference between monthly plans and data packs, and how can I pay?

Monthly plans cost ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on your activation date. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose based on how regularly you use the service and whether your data needs are ongoing. Check the plans page for full details before choosing.

Can I request a refund if the service doesn't work well on my network?

VPNMF offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds; see the Terms of Service for the specific rules. To request help, sign in to the account panel and open a ticket with your order details and refund request. If you're having connection issues, include your device platform, chosen location, network, and the error you see so the team can help distinguish a setup issue from a routing issue. Decide whether to continue based on your actual needs and experience.
